What it is

A Python scaffold for a satellite imagery pipeline: find the most recent cloud-filtered Sentinel-2 scene (falling back to Landsat), pull the RGB cloud-optimized GeoTIFF, and optionally pansharpen it. The discovery and pansharpen steps are marked as TODOs to replace with production code.
