I've been a systems engineer since 1995, when I founded Erb Networks, LLC. I spent twenty-one years as IT Manager at Celtic Bank, helping grow it from a $2M startup past $1B in assets, then five years advising 53 financial institutions across the Midwest at RESULTS Technology.
Today, through ERB One, I consult with financial institutions on strategy, fintech, compliance and IT risk, and help businesses that need their systems stabilized. I also design and install building access control and camera systems, and build my own products on the side. I see network, software, hardware and process as one system, which is why I find what others miss.
