The hotel network three companies couldn't fix

Problem: A multi-vendor hotel network with guest and staff Wi-Fi that kept failing. Three other companies had each replaced hardware. The problem stayed.
What we found: The fault didn't live inside any one vendor's box. It lived in how the pieces had been stitched together over the years, and nobody had documented it.
Result: Fixed at the root cause, documented so the next vendor can't reintroduce it.
