Infrastructure Fixes

Root cause for what your IT company has been circling for months. Network, wireless, virtualization, backup, M365 and Entra. Fixed once, documented so it stays fixed.

Nothing else worked. This will.

Sound familiar?

  • A flaky network that has survived two vendor swaps and a full hardware refresh
  • Wi-Fi that drops in one wing, at one time of day, for some guests
  • A VPN that half works, depending on who you ask
  • Backups that "succeed" every night and have never been restored
  • An M365 tenant doing something nobody can explain
  • A problem that has been open so long the ticket has its own nickname

What we do

  • Instrument, reproduce, isolate: turn "sometimes" into "every time, on demand"
  • Network, wireless, virtualization, backup, and M365/Entra, at the root cause
  • Full-property hotel, campus, and multi-site environments
  • Custom tooling, software, or hardware when the fix does not exist off the shelf
  • Work alongside your IT company and your vendors, under their name or ours
  • A written explanation of why, so it stays fixed after we leave

The hotel network three companies couldn't fix

Problem
A multi-vendor hotel network with guest and staff Wi-Fi that kept failing. Three other companies had each replaced hardware. The problem stayed.
What we found
The fault didn't live inside any one vendor's box. It lived in how the pieces had been stitched together over the years, and nobody had documented it.
Result
Fixed at the root cause, documented so the next vendor can't reintroduce it.
