About
Ryan Erb
Systems Engineer & Problem Solver. Designer, creative thinker, and builder across network, software, hardware, security, and AI since 1996.
ERB One is not an MSP and not a replacement for anyone's IT department. It's a senior engineer brought in alongside an existing team when a problem has outlasted everyone else's ability to fix it.
Ryan sees network, software, hardware, and process as one system, which is why he finds what others miss. The Wi-Fi that drops in one wing is a switching problem. The "software bug" is a firewall rule. The compliance gap closes with a small piece of hardware that didn't exist until he built it.
He also builds and runs his own products, including ioJump, a browser-based remote IT operations platform, and LakeMonster.com. The same engineering goes into client work.
Based in Utah; works remote and onsite. Fixed-scope engagements, or a monthly senior-engineer-on-call retainer for teams that want him a phone call away.
